Utilizing my extensive HR experience, I will step in on an interim basis to fill in for critical HR roles while they are vacant either because of searches that are in-progress, people on leaves or organizations that are going through transition.

Currently on the Board of Directors for the Entertainment Industry Employer Association (EIEA) which sponsors a multiple employer health plan for the entertainment industry. Past Board member for the Asian American Arts Alliance, a non-profit arts services organization.

What is your HR background?
I started my 30+ year HR career in banking and at American Express gaining valuable experience in HR operations and strategy. I then moved to the media and entertainment industry partnering closely with executive and creative leaders.
For over a decade, I was a senior HR executive at MTV Networks/Paramount, overseeing HR for Nickelodeon, TV Land, Comedy Central, MTV and VH1 during a high-growth period. I progressed to Chief HR Officer roles in medium- and start-up companies in global trade and the news media. My most recent role was Chief HR Officer at Sesame Workshop, a mission-driven non-profit and producer of the iconic ‘Sesame Street’.
I have extensive experience managing organizational change, working in a variety of business and cultural environments, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent and advising boards. As the head of HR, I have hands-on experience in building an HR function from the ground up and managing the full breadth of activities in learning and development, talent acquisition, benefits, compensation and compliance.

I’m motivated to help leaders solve problems to help their organizations grow and prosper.
